1800’s  COTTAGE for the 21st century lifestyle

An untouched gem of a building it may have been, but with no bathroom, an outside toilet and effectively no kitchen, this home needed some major work.

We redesigned the full internal layout, extended the rear and into the loft, new traditional windows in UPVc and complete with kitchen, bathroom, separate utility room, new staircase and re positioning that too, we managed to create what is a stunning cottage with a much bigger feel.

The front looked strange, so we repositioned where one window upstairs was and balanced the front with 2 windows, added a new slate roof and finished with a new set of railings to compliment the original feel to this property.

Amazing what we can do to any type of home and a vision of how best to develop a scheme. This project was fully designed, project managed  and completed by Dendale and works completed within just 8 weeks from purchase to moving in. Carpets and hardwood floors, wardrobes and curtains all done, meaning just the furniture and contents were needed.

A seamless  and stunning conversion adding over £150,000 to the residual value.
